There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your Real Estate property because I’m experienced, because I’m professional ... and because I care.
A Brief Background
Kriss' Real Estate Career began when she accepted a position to sell New Construction with a local quality home builder. She acquired a tremendous amount of working knowledge about constructing a good home as well as finding & securing the land prior to construction. She then educated her Buyers about the construction process and all the preparations that must be done prior to that stage.
She then moved to a company that specializes in Luxury New Home Construction. What goes into building a quality home is something that she learned from the ground up.
Because of this inaugural experience working with clients to purchase land & build new homes, Kriss eventually found her way to specialing in resales with RE/MAX where she spent several years and later joined REALTY EXECUTIVES for many more years to round out her career in real estate.
Kriss' building industry experience paid off. It gave her incredible insight that she has effectively put to use in her role as a Realtor. When it comes to resales, she can give excellent guidance to those who are new to the home buying experience, adeptly recognizing quality or the potential for it. She can give practical advice about a property's value in relation to its immediate state of repair.
And Kriss really goes to work for her clients! She takes pride in giving her "all" to her job. She is also a non-pressure, patient individual who really listens to her Buyers and Sellers. Her clients like to work with her.
You can find Kriss Ferrara handling transactions that involve single-family residences, income property, some commercial endeavors, and quality land products usually within Monroe County. Some of the towns covered are Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Tannersville, Swiftwater, Bartonsville, Scotrun, Mt. Pocono, Pocono Pines, Pocono Summit, Saylorsburg, Brodheadsville, Marshall's Creek, and Buck Hill Falls, etc.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Kriss, along with her husband, emigrated to the Poconos from New York city where they both lived and worked for 20 years.
Finally, like so many before her and those who continue to follow, it was time for them to leave; their souls hungered for the things that only Nature can give! Kriss and her spouse built a getaway home in 1987. The weekend visits eventually evolved into a permanent move in 1990.
From the beginning it was an adventure in new sights, sounds and scents. The wildlife was and still is spectacular! Spring and Fall are gloriously beautiful. And, for those who ski, it can be a winter wonderland...
At first, the move was a little tough on the two city dwellers: "What? We have to plow out our own driveway!" They laugh about it now!
And back then, the Poconos was still "raw" by their standards; places to shop just for groceries were far and few between, but, "Oh, look at us now!" There are plenty of places to shop for all kinds of necessities! And there is so much going on...new businesses open up every day and the growth continues...The Poconos is a good place to be!
